In 1980s Pink Floyd were fans of Soviet space exploration. The second part of video shows the neglected Pripyat city (in dead zone around Chernobyl NPP) and a scientist who still comes to work. But he looks as if thrown to the dustbin of history along with the national space program. Video is intended to demonstrate the lack of implementation of human capabilities. But the reason of all - as hard fate of the group - in ourselves.
